![]() Method of activated coal regeneration in gold extraction
专利摘要:
A method of regenerating an activated carbon which has had its collecting capacity for gold adsorption reduced through use which includes the step of contacting the carbon with an aqueous coppersalt solution having a pH of less than 6. The regeneration is improved if the solution contains carbonic acid or if the copper salt solution treatment is followed by treatment with a carbonate or bicarbonate solution. 公开号:SU904506A3 申请号:SU792824349 申请日:1979-10-10 公开日:1982-02-07 发明作者:Джон Девидсон Реймонд;Веронезе Витторио 申请人:Крюсибль С.А. (54) METHOD FOR REGENERATION OF ACTIVATED COAL USED FOR GOLD EXTRACTION I This invention relates to the regeneration of activated carbon used in the process of extracting gold from ore. A known method for the recovery of gold from a solution using activated carbon. The gold particles are adsorbed by the activated carbon from the solution, after which they are eluted from the activated carbon using water that is deionized or otherwise melted. Mass transfer between the solution and activated carbon can be carried out even when the solution is still in the form of pulp D3. There is also known a method of regenerating activated carbon used for the extraction of gold, which consists in contacting the coal with a desorbing liquid at an overpressure and a temperature of 150-165 ° C. Water, diluted water, is used as the desorbing liquid. alkali metal or alkali cyanide solutions. COAL contains 5–20 kg of gold / ton of coal. In a manner known for consuming gold by gold, the concentration of gold on coal is 100 g / t or less, i.e. almost complete, gold desorption from coal 21 is carried out. However, the known method does not allow 10 It is necessary to remove various organic substances from the surface of the coal, such as solvents, lubricants, etc. whereby the ability of activated carbon to adsorb gold 15 decreases during use. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of regeneration of the activated carbon and its sorption capacity. This goal is achieved according to the method of regenerating the activated carbon used to extract gold by treating it with an aqueous solution of a metal salt.
